Lots of new habits hopefully established during this time of sheltering in place. One of them is finding and writing the answer to the following every day: “Today I am grateful for ….”

I’ve been doing this for a few weeks and it was helping my mood. Every day I find something to be grateful for and write it down. Writing it down supposedly helps make it more important to you. So I write them down and feel better as I write. And…
